1. The maintenance and upkeep of cardboard packaging machinery requires certain technical personnel to carry out maintenance and repair, ensuring the quality and efficiency of cardboard machinery equipment in use, and performing the best role and value in the production of cardboard boxes.

2. Regularly check and replace the lubricating oil in the gearbox of the mechanical paper feeding section of the cardboard box, and select No. 10 engine oil as the lubricating oil. 

3. Regularly replace the oil inside the mechanical gear cover of the cardboard box. 

4. Remove any dirt on the conflicting surfaces, especially dust or adhesive on the surfaces of each drum. 

 5. Disassemble and wash all rolling bearings and add new lubricating grease, which can be calcium sodium based grease.

6. Clean the chains and sprockets in the carton chain printing machine and add lubricating oil from the beginning. If the chain is too loose, it can be adjusted by removing a few sections first. If it has been severely stretched, it should be replaced. When using cardboard box machinery, it is necessary to follow certain methods and principles, maintain and protect according to certain methods, promptly handle different problems and doubts, and pay attention to adjusting and replacing the chain. The device direction of the tension spring card at the chain joint should be consistent with the working direction of the chain, to avoid impact, jumping, or even collision and detachment during operation. 

7. After each component is corrected, it can be assembled, and if necessary, the surface of the machine can be repainted.

 8. Check if all components have been installed and started up to investigate if the machine is working properly.
